NEW YEAR NEW ME!!

I had a great Christmas and New Year celebrating with family.  I was able to enjoy playing games and visiting with my kids.  However, it is time to get back to healthy clean eating and being more active and working out daily.
I will be starting 21 day fix program for the next 21 days and then switching my work outs to the Hammer and Chisel for the following 60 days.  I am hoping to become stronger and leaner in the process.
Today is grocery shopping day.  I have a menu for the entire week and will be purchasing healthy foods to prepare the meals as well as for snacks. Lunches will be tuna with various vegetables or the leftovers from precious day's dinner.
I will be share the recipes daily.  Tomorrow's post will be Monday's meal.  All of these recipes meet the 21 day fix meal plan.  They are also recipes that my whole family will eat.  That is the challenge I often have; creating healthy 21 day fix meals that my family will eat.  I do tweak some of the meals once I have my portion removed to make them heartier for my hungry husband.

Monday:  Grilled Salmon
                Veggie Stir-fry
                Sweet Potato

Tuesday:  Ground Turkey & Kale Pasta

Wednesday:  Market Deli Bean Soup

Thursday:  Fish Tacos

Friday:  Parmesean-chicken crusted chicken tenders
              Broccoli
              Sweet Potato Fries (baked)

Saturday: Pizza take out: 1/4 of a 12" pizza (cheese pizza is one yellow and one orange or a vegetable and cheese is two yellows, one orange and a green)

Sunday:  Meal 1:  Ground Turkey Enchiladas
              Meal 2:  Grilled chicken Salad
